  • Can I reschedule my appointment?
    Absolutely! Things happen we understand. We do ask that if you do need to reschedule you do so as soon as possible so we can make rescheduling stress free and easy!
  • Can I request a different cleaner?
    Of course, we want you to have the best possible experience with Peerless Cleaning Pros and can accommodate most requests! This includes keeping you with your favorite cleaner!
  • Can I get a free price estimation?
    We provide free price quotes based on which cleaning service you are looking for and the square footage of your house. We do our best to give you the most accurate price estimations!
  • Are your cleaners reliable?
    Yes, all of our approved cleaners have had a background check and are thoroughly interviewed before they are booked for any service!
  • What do I do if something is broken?
    Please inform us as soon as possible! Every cleaner we work with has insurance which covers damage.
  • Do I need to be home during my cleaning?
    If you have booked a Deep clean, First Time clean, or Move in/out clean then it is necessary for the homeowner to be present. If you have set up a reoccurring clean the homeowner is not required to be present. Although it is recommended!
